Silver Thread

Yoga has become a popular practice for everyone. If you walk by any gym and you enter one, chances are that you will find at least two or three classes of yoga practices available. Activities such as meditation have swept across the globe like the dawn of a new era, where the first and foremost responsibility of the human race is to enter a state of wellness and wellbeing. Despite this, those who practice Yoga, meditate, and cry to the world that they are OK are still committing criminal, neglectful, and inhuman acts.

For those of us who are willing to learn more of what it really means to meditate and have such power, a good choice is to read Lobsang Rampa’s “Silver Thread” where he narrates in a very vivid and instructional manner the responsibilities and limits of meditation and the power that it entails.

Of course, this is not the only book written by Lobsang Rampa. “Silver Thread” is just one of them, though it is probably the most adequate to start with, especially if the reader is just beginning to understand the power and responsibility that entails the ability to “loose the body” and travel through space and time at the speed of thought
